Auxiliary department is represented by the mechanical-repair section.
On the mechanical-repair site works on production and repair of spare parts of the power, mining equipment, production of a metalwork, works on repair of shutoff valves, production and repair of the non-standard equipment according to drawings of the customer are performed.

The machine Park of the auxiliary mechanical repair section is represented by more than 40 machines:
- lathes-13 PCs (including 3 machines with numerical control);
- turning-carousel single-column-1 PC;
- turning-carousel two-post (with upgraded control system, with the diameter of the workpiece to 3.1 meters) – 1 PC;
- milling machines – 6 PCs (including 1 vertical machining center with numerical control, made in Taiwan);
- gear hobbing machine – 1 PC;
- gear-shaping machines – 2 PCs;
- boring machines – 4 PCs;
- planers-2 PCs;
- grinding and sharpening-7 PCs;
- radial drilling-3 pieces;
- hydroforming machine model INTEC 612 (table size 1950*3900 mm, production “Techni Waterjet”, production Australia;
- press-3 PCs (including one with a force of 300 tons);
- complex of hardening ELISIT – 160ПЗМ-2ЕА HDTV with oven-1pcs;
- electric furnaces-3 PCs;
- guillotine scissors-2pcs;
- multi-purpose automatic band saw HFA-400W: CNC and system of zero positioning, type “Amada” hfa-250/250w/400/400w, made in Germany-1 piece;

The main types of work performed by the site:
1. Turning of parts:
* on lathes-diameter from 6 to 2000 mm, length from 50 to 10000 mm;
* on carousel machines-diameter up to 3150 mm, height up to 160 0 mm, weight up to 16 tons.
2. Coordinate boring machining of parts with the dimensions of the treated surface up to 630 x 1000 mm, height up to 1000 mm, weight up to 600 kg.
3. Horizontal boring processing up to 1400 х1600 х1200 mm, weight up to 10 tons.
4. Grinding works, plane grinding-on products up to 300 mm wide, up to 300 mm high, up to 1100 mm long.
5. Gear hobbing and gear shaping works:
• cutting of cylindrical gears with external tooth: worm cutters-module up to 14 mm;
• cutting of cylindrical gear wheels with internal tooth: by shapper cutters with module up to 10 mm, with a diameter of 700 mm, the length of the tooth up to 160 mm;
• Modular cutter cutting – module up to 6 mm
6. Slotting works:
* for internal dolblenii-on wheels up to 350 mm, with the largest external size 1400 mm;
* for external dolblenii-on wheels with the largest external size 1200mm.
7. Milling: the products up to a width of 350 mm, height 400 mm, length up to 1000mm, the weight of 0.5 tons.
8. Hot processing of metal products:
* Free forging on hammers with weight of falling parts up to 150 kg (forged surface up to 80 mm in diameter);
* Heat treatment of metal products: volume in chamber furnaces with width up to 700 mm, height up to 400 mm, length up to 1800 mm, weight up to 300 kg; surface hardening with heating by high frequency currents (power 85 kW), diameter up to 280 mm •
9. Production of various types of metal structures using the following types of work:
* Flatbed sheet metal cutting for the manufacture of parts of complex configuration on automatic waterjet machine with software control:
a) steel sheet thickness up to 60 mm, width up to 1750 mm, length up to 3550 mm;
b) automatic cutting of non-metallic materials (natural stone, plexiglass, fiberglass, reinforced rubber, wood);
* Sheet metal cutting up to 12 mm thick, up to 2000 mm wide;
* Sheet bending on rollers up to 16mm thick, up to 1800mm wide;
* Bending angle sheet thickness up to 3 mm, width up to 1800mm, up to 5 mm-width up to 800 mm •
10. Electric welding of cast iron, steel, high-alloy alloys and non-ferrous metals:
* manual arc piece electrodes;
* semi-automatic in carbon dioxide and argon environment;
• argon arc welding with non-consumable electrode
11. Hydropress with works a maximum force of up to 300тн.
12. Mechanical Assembly work, manufacture of metal structures of varying complexity according to the customer’s drawings, Assembly, repair of equipment.
13. The manufacture of mesh netting with a mesh size of from 20 to 50, in roll widths from 1 m to 2 m.
Works on production and repair of spare parts of the power, mining equipment, production of a metalwork, works on repair of shutoff valves, production and repair of the non-standard equipment according to drawings of the customer are carried out on a site.
To date, has invested nearly 500 names of various products. The main production line is represented by the following main types of products:
Shafts of rotating mechanisms (pumps, fans, mills, smoke exhausters, etc.).
Spare stagnation with air-blasting machines
Spare parts for mill equipment.
Spare parts for crushing equipment.
Seal rings, bushings of various designs.
Spare parts of shut-off valves.
Spare parts for coal mills.
Spare parts for steam turbines of various types.
Fasteners of structural and heat-resistant steels (bolts, nuts, studs as standard, and according to customer drawings).
The qualified personnel and production capacities allow to carry out works on factory capital repairs of pipeline safety, shut-off, regulating fittings: fittings of high pressure to DN 400, fittings of average pressure to DN 800. During the repair, the manufacture and replacement of rods, plates, surfacing of the saddles, turning of plates, saddles, replacement of crackers, collar-bush, cargo nuts, fasteners, etc.
